With a very gentle temperament, he should be easy to train and handle.
With his excellent pedigree—his dam is a direct daughter of Heavy Duty Gun, winner of the NRHA Las Vegas show, and his sire is a splash homozygous stallion imported from the U.S. from the Topsail Whiz line—he has the potential to become your future stud! Or he could be a family horse or a leisure horse.
Rapid growth caused a minor conformation issue, which has been well-corrected—though not 100%—through trimming and orthopedic shoes; this should not pose a problem for recreational riding or breeding. 
His price has, of course, been significantly reduced to account for this minor issue.
